Where you process personal information of third parties (your clients, prospects or contacts) through Mica, you act as the Responsible Party / Controller and Takat (Pty) Ltd ("MeetMica") acts as your Operator / Processor. Our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") sets out the terms on which that processing takes place.
The DPA is available on request to any customer who needs one for their POPIA, GDPR or other regulatory record-keeping.
